Today I did the last resupply of the trail in Stehekin. I still managed to hike almost 30 miles as well which was good.
I started just a bit earlier than usual at 0525 even with filtering water because I wanted to make sure I made the 0915 shuttle to Stehekin.
I did make the shuttle together with Fireproof and quite a few southbounders. The hiking was not too interesting. On the way to Stehekin the shuttle stopped at a bakery and most people, including me, bought some baked goods there.
Upon arrival in town I went to the general store to enquire about laundry and shower and managed to finish both before the post office opened.
When the post office opened I collected my package and decided what to take as I once again had to much food.
Following this I waited with Fireproof until the shuttle back to trail at 1400.
Once back on trail I wanted to make it at least 17 miles but hoped to do more. I ended up making it 19.5 miles which had me camping between a toilet and a highway.
From what I have heard the trail should be more interesting from here on.
